記(ji)者(zhe)曾參觀過湖(hu)北的(de)幾家板(ban)(ban)栗(li)(li)加工(gong)企(qi)業,看(kan)到企(qi)業目前已擁(yong)有保(bao)鮮板(ban)(ban)栗(li)(li)、速凍栗(li)(li)仁、板(ban)(ban)栗(li)(li)窩頭(tou)、栗(li)(li)粉等幾十個品(pin)種的(de)產品(pin)。特別值得一(yi)提的(de)是(shi)一(yi)種新產品(pin),用小包裝(zhuang)板(ban)(ban)栗(li)(li)來(lai)代替傳統的(de)“糖炒板(ban)(ban)栗(li)(li)”,而這也正是(shi)發達國(guo)(guo)(guo)家所倡導的(de)板(ban)(ban)栗(li)(li)健康(kang)消費方式。糖炒板(ban)(ban)栗(li)(li)工(gong)藝落后,衛生條件(jian)差,儲存不便還容易令板(ban)(ban)栗(li)(li)口感盡(jin)失。目前,我國(guo)(guo)(guo)部(bu)分龍頭(tou)板(ban)(ban)栗(li)(li)企(qi)業針(zhen)對這種傳統板(ban)(ban)栗(li)(li)吃(chi)法(fa)進(jin)行了大(da)幅改良,干凈、衛生、方便攜帶(dai)、口感持久的(de)小包裝(zhuang)板(ban)(ban)栗(li)(li)在國(guo)(guo)(guo)外熱銷,在國(guo)(guo)(guo)內市場也引發了搶購熱潮,帶(dai)領著中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)的(de)板(ban)(ban)栗(li)(li)產業由(you)原始加工(gong)邁向了深(shen)加工(gong)的(de)臺階,也為國(guo)(guo)(guo)內同行業揭示(shi)了產業未來(lai)發展的(de)趨勢。
